Brad Willis of the Stars Blog joins us to talk about the decade he has spent writing about the game we love, and some of his personal highlights. In Segment 2 Doug Polk aka WCGRider joins us from Pittsburgh to talk about him and other Heads Up NL bosses playing a bot named “Claudico” designed by Carnegie Mellon University. Doug talks about how he ranks the bot compared to human intelligence and some stories of how the challenge has gone for him and the others so far. The guys then do a quick “Rossco Report” and move along to the final part of the show. In segment 3 Steve Day joins us with news from Pokerstars HQ. Douglas Polk - another gamer turned poker player, is best known by his online of WCGRider. Doug began his career as a small and micro stakes Full Ring grinder for years before discovering his talent for shorthanded and Heads-Up play. He moved up the stakes to become one of the most profitable nosebleed players. He ascension to the top of the online ladder has been remarkable to watch and it now sees him fearlessly battle the best the game has to offer. Doug is an outspoken and sometimes controversial figure in the poker community with a confident but affable persona. Originally from California, he currently splits his time between his house in Las Vegas and his online relocation residences in Vancouver, Canada and Mexico.
