Mr. Mike Johnson has returned to the Pokercast studios to host with Adam for what is his favourite time to talk poker, and most other poker fans favourite time of the year, too. To kick things off this week in “In Case You Missed It”: The Colossus was the largest live poker tournament of all time, Adam and Mike break down the sheer numbers of this tournament and talk about it’s pros and cons. The guys also talk about the other bracelet events of the week, one of which a pokercast listener took down! Alongside the WSOP there are a ton of other events going on in Vegas such as super high rollers at the Aria. There’s an interesting story about a guy who was accidentally registered for a $25k tournament and decided to play causing a big problem for the casino and we’ve got the details. Other stories covered this week are the 24hr poker channel, and Macau gambling revenue taking a dive. Last week Adam was away at a golf tournament with lots of poker players and industry types, and Matt Savage was the ring leader.
