Live from the Two Plus Two Studios - The 2+2 Pokercast is on location in ridiculously hot Las Vegas this week to bring you info and interviews right from the floor of the Rio for the WSOP Main Event. This week's feature guest is NHL superstar goaltender Roberto Luongo, who is setting himself up for another deep run in the Main Event of the WSOP. Roberto talks about some hands from his day one and throws a couple of twin teammates under the bus for their propensity to chase gunshot straight draws. Mike and Adam also ask Roberto about the 2010 Gold Medal winning game and cover some highlights from his hockey career. Also joining Mike and Adam in studio is Matthew Ashton to talk about his victory in the $50k Player's Championship. Matthew talks about how he got started in online poker without ever depositing and talks a little mixed game strategy. Matthew Ashton is a professional poker player from Liverpool, England. He is known as "MUSTAFABET" online and has been dominating the online high-stakes cash games and tournaments since 2009. Matthew is fresh off winning the 2013 WSOP $50k buy-in Player's Championship, becoming the youngest ever to take down the Chip Reese memorial trophy and almost $1.8 million dollars. With the win, he took over the top spot in the WSOP player of the year race, passing Daniel Negreanu. Roberto Luongo is a professional hockey player from Montreal, Quebec. He currently plays for the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League. Roberto is best known as the goalie that won the gold medal on the Canadian Men's Ice Hockey team at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada.
