Paul Leggett is the COO of Tokwiro Enterprises, a privately held company that owns and operates both Absolute Poker and UltimateBet. Both sites currently operate under the name “Cereus Poker.” Tokwiro Enterprises is based out of Kahnawake Mohawk Territory in Canada. Leggett has been the spokesperson for both sites during the recent allegations of cheating and misconduct.
