They get things started by connecting with Two Plus Two'er and chess wizard Scott “weirdchess1” Abrams to talk about his 12th place finish in this year's Main Event and what it felt like to bust-out just shy of making the October Nine. They follow that up by getting tournament director Matt Savage on the line to discuss his WSOP experience and a controversial ruling involving Andras Koroknai mucking his hand after moving all-in not realizing that Gaelle Baumann had already raised. Mike and Adam also connect with poker pro and former Poker Road host Gavin Smith to talk about his deep run in this year's Main Event and some interesting hands that he played along the way. Gavin Smith is a Canadian poker pro with numerous titles to his credit and over $5 Million in tournament earnings. Gavin has been playing poker since 1994, when he discovered the roving charity casinos in the Toronto area. Matt Savage
In addition to being poker’s most sought-after tournament director, Matt Savage is the resident tournament director at the Commerce Casino in LA. With a resume that boasts over 400 televised poker events and a reputation for excellence, Savage’s tournaments are endorsed by professionals and amateurs the world over. He officiated the World Series of Poker from 2002 to 2004 and has recently accepted the position of Executive Tour Director of the World Poker Tour.
