Mason Malmuth received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 1973 from Virginia Tech and completed a master’s from the same program in 1975. While working for the United States Census Bureau in 1979, Mason stopped overnight in Las Vegas while driving to his new assignment in California. In 1981 he relocated to Los Angeles for The Northrop Corporation where he was employed as a mathematician, at which time he pursued his interest in poker in the public card rooms in Gardena, Bell Gardens, and Commerce.
His company, Two Plus Two Publishing has sold over 1.5 million books and currently has 35 titles to its credit with more on the way. These books are recognized as the best in their field and are thoroughly studied by those who take gambling seriously. Mason's latest book "Real Poker Psychology" is available now!
