Born January 25, 1985, Hevad Khan is a professional poker player from Poughkeepsie, NY. Before turning to poker, Khan played StarCraft competitively and attended SUNY Albany.
To most, Hevad Kahn is remembered as the 6th place finisher at the 2007 WSOP Main Event. He is near legendary for his televised boisterous celebrations, leading to what has been dubbed “The Hevad Khan” rule at future WSOP events.
Online, Khan is known for exceptional multi-tabling prowess and starred in a YouTube video that showed him multi-tabling 26 tournaments to prove that he was not a “poker bot.”
Khan has 6 WSOP cashes, 1 WPT cash, and 1 EPT cash. He won the Pokerstars Sunday Warm-Up in 2008. Khan has first place finishes at the Caesars Palace Classic, the Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure ($2000 event), and the Foxwoods Poker Classic. His live tournament earnings exceed $2.5 million.
